Extended ring in call waiting

Trying to find a way to extend the ringing for calls while you are on a call. Currently if you are on a call and a 2nd call rings in, you would only hear a single short ring. Some people have a hard time hearing the single ring and call ends up in voice mail.

Any ideas??
