Hi to all.

I have a situation where management would like a field rep's extension to ring to her home phone as she will be mostly working from home.

While she is in office I wanted to have her enter an FAC to enable coverage path 2.

When I went to administer the 2nd coverage path on the station form, I got an error statingg
"Extended Cvg/Fwd Admin feature not assigned"

I see in the manual that there is a line in the FAC form on page one but my FAC form doesn't have that option. Where do I turn it on and is this an option I have to Pay to have Avaya enable.

Thanks,
Jason

Jason,
Check the same in the system parameters customer option page if it enabled there you can use it or else you need to call up for the RTU.

I Thought it was connected to Telemommuter software. Also a right to use (RTU) I HATE RTU'S

ED

1a2 to ip I seen it all

Yes, I think it's a RTU issue too. Once you enable telecommunicating, it's a snap to dial the telecommuncating extension, FAC, extension, security string,#1 or #2.

So, it would look like this

TAccessFACextension#security#1 for in office

TAccessFACextension#security#2 for out of office
