I have the IP Office 6.0 with embedded voicemail. I am having an issue with mobile twinning. I have the Mobile dial delay set to 2 seconds and answer guard set to 0 with the default no answer time set to 15. The users are complaining that by the time the call gets to their cell phone it only rings once before going to their IP Office Voicemail. I've tried increasing the default no answer time. This fixes the problem but creates a new problem. With the default no answer time increased, any calls transferred from the receptionist to the user's extension ring back to her instead of going to their voicemail if the user doesn't answer.
