Extend 2 networks with Microsoft VPN solution?

I have 2 servers (Server A - with MS 2000 Advanced Server) & (Server B - with MS 2000 SMB Server with ISA Server installed). Each of the 2 Servers hosts different domains and serves client machines on their own domain. They are both setup as VPN Servers through Routing & Remote Access and both of the servers are able to communicate with each other just fine. I have set up a demand dial connection on both of the servers to maintain the VPN connection and have set up static routes between the 2 to route to each others internal ip address.

Problem:
I cannot get the client machines behind each of the 2 servers to see the other domain on the other end of the VPN. Why is this so?
