Ext. wont go to voice mail! 2

I have 1 extension that wont go to VM but transfers to 2 other extensions at the same time. I have checked the group coverage and it is still doing it. And voice mail is setup.
How do I get this information for each extension.

x103 needs to be in coverage group 30. That tells the system their is a mailbox associated with the phone and passes it over to voicemail after the designated number of rings.

How do I get this information for each extension

Use WinSPM to connect to the system, and Print the Extension Information (which is actually a text file like the ones you have copied above)
