Hello;
My IP phone has a call back feature. If it's an outside call it inserts the "9." However, it's also inserting a 9 if I'm calling back an extension.
Can someone tell me where to look in the routing to fix this?

Thanks.

in the 46xxsettings file you define how that operates - what the internal DN length is, when to put a 9 or not, etc.

In CM, depending on version, you might have a calltype analysis table where further modifications can be done for some of the things you can`t easily change - something like if your internal DN length is 5 digit you can match 9xxxxx and delete 1 leading digit and send those 5 digits to internal extensions.
