I need to find out how many users are logged into phones in a specific device pool. Can this ifo be found using the real time monitoring tool?
As most of our staff use ext mobility we are having more and more managers asking if they can have reports to find out who is available in their dept. I could install assistant console on the managers pc so they can see the status of the phones but it seems a bit messy to do that.
We run 4.2 - I belive that v5,6 have directories that also reveal the status of an ext - would we be best to wait for the upgrade??
