Some Vodavi systems have an extension relocation feature that can be inadvertently activated. I believe the code is 636 + extension that you'd like the phone to become. What can happen is that someone will begin dialing a telephone number without pressing a line key - and change their extension by mistake. Put it back by dialing 636 + 198. Hope that helps.

you can remove that by going ito flash 52 btn 24 dial 636 hold
push dss btn 1 and 2
then push hold
636 no longer works
push dss btn 1 and 2
then push hold
