Ext Call Forward for Polycom

Customer has requested setting up an external call forward for their analog Polycom conference phone. I have set XFA and FTR CFW 12. They would like a 'one touch' solution to forward their calls at 19:00 until 07:00. This way, they do not have to worry if someone fat fingers the CFW phone number. Is it possible to program an Autodial number to do enter #1+9+phone number on a 2500?

The other solution I see is creating an ACDDN with MAXP 1 and NCFW and having them enter '#1+ACDDN" or creating an ACDDN with time of day routing and NCFW.

Any other solutions? Man, this is so much easier on a digital...

You could set up a time of day table in mail.

If they want to activate call forwarding from the Polycom itself, can't you just program the SPRE & phone number as a speed dial in one of the Polycom's memories?

i would use a tod via mail.. take the perosn out of the equation..
