EXT-228 NO Message notification

Guys for some reason i have a CICS ext-228 will not notify (display) user if she have new messages in mailbox. yes i have delete the mail box and add it back but same problem. first they had a startalk Flash and i move them into a callpilot but same problem. any help will be good thanks

When you built the mbox, did you assign the ext number to it and then set message waiting to Y?

swap phone"withiout autoset on" and could try feature 803"override that shows time and date

Feature #806 will cancel static time and date. If this is on then the display will not show :Message For You.
