Ext 14 not ringing. extension light is red when calls coming in

Hi all...I'm not sure how it happened, but I can't find any info on how to correct it in the Avaya documentation.

Extension 14 does not ring when calls are coming in, the line lights up red instead of green and you have to pick up the phone and hit the line that is ringing in order to answer the call. almost as if the call were on hold.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
 
It sounds like the lines have been set to no ring. To fix this you will need to go to ext 10 or 11 and press feature 00 then the left intercom twice and the right intercom once. That will bring you to central telephone programming. enter the extension number and then press each line that you will want to ring. when the light is steady it is immediate ring and when it blinks slow it is delayed and then if it blinks fast it is no ring. when done press feature 00 and you will be back to normal.
