ext 10 voicemail picks up after 3 rings for all incoming calls

I have a Merlin Magix with Merlin Messaging. I quickly set the system up during our construction phase so that ext 10 picks up after 3 rings and goes to voicemail for all incoming calls. I now set up the AA to pickup after 9 rings, but the original programing for ext 10 overrides it. In other words, extension 10 picks up the first call, then AA takes over until there are no calls.

Please help.

See if Ext. 10 is set at the Principal User for the lines.

You'll find that setting under LinesTrunks, More

IF you are using regular LOOP START LINES, you can assign them to their own Calling Group and then OVERFLOW that group to voice mail.

You could assign the lines to Voice Mail, but that eliminates any flexibility in call flow you may want.

If it's PRI or D-I-D, then other things must be done.
