ext 10 - stopped ringing

for some reason, *10 is no longer ringing (on incoming calls)- although it was working a few days ago. the settings look ok. all other stations are set for delayed ringing.


any suggestions? I don't think that the station is call fwd or that the vm is answering b4 the ringing begins.

Are you saying that incoming phone calls are not ringing, or that when you hit Intercom *10 it does not ring? Intercom *10 should not "ring", but instead "beep".

Check to see that it isn't accidently forwarded or covered to another extension. Feature 11-10-10 and Feature 20-10-10
