I have an Expressions Compact that when a user logs into their mailbox if there is no messages it hangs up immediately or if they listen to a message and there are no more messages the VM hangs up immediately. This does not give the user the chance to change mailbox settings because it hangs up so fast? Anyone have any ideas on this?

Never had that problem. But maybe you should check the compatibility of the software version of the hipath and the xpression.
