Can I (point & click) build an expression that will count across columns and calculate how many times a value appears?

Column1 Column2 Column3 Expression

Record1 Yes Yes Yes =3
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
I don't know much about cross tab queries, but maybe this would do it. Hope this is ok. If not, just let me know.
