Can anyone tell me if Standard Agent by Supervisor real time display and agent performance reports are available in Symposium Express release 1.0. I don't have access to it but have been asked what capabilities it has. Any help would be appreceiated.

I just foud out that this is 2.50.03. I still need to know it's capabilities since I have no access to it.

Either go to and register so you can get into the technical documentation or talk to the person who sold you the equipment and ask for this file on PDF (297-2183-515-SECC42).

That is the Reports and Display's NTP for the Express.
