I have a BCM50 v3. There are 6 pots lines connected so obviously no DID's. It does connect to my CS1000M via H323.

Few questions,

1. In the BCM's callpilot user mailbox config, there is express msging box. Is this a target line, application DN, set DN or SDN?

2. In the SDN config in callpilot, when I create an general express msging DN for anyone to use. How do I assign a target line to the DN I created when I don't see the DN I created in Element Managers All DN's list.

3. Is it possible to initialize a mailbox on the BCM via H323 from my CS1000M? If so, HOW?

4. Using H323 from my CS1000M, it is possible to call the voicemail system on the BCM and check voicemail? I can't seem to get the VM system to allow me to enter a mailbox number when I call it. It just gives me company greetings and the standard menu for outside callers.

Scratch number 4, I found another post that states the proper way to get to a please enter your mailbox prompt is via **, not # like it is on CP for my CS1000M.

1. It's the Target Line of your Outlook Fax, or in some considerations your own DID Target Line.

2. BCM Express Messaging is Ftr980, followed by Mbox #.

3. Same as onsite, ** mbox, pswd, #. But, make sure Enable External Initialization is checked.
