Express messenger

I have had to replace a Express Messenger card in a SX200 EL/ML, got a refurbished card from a supplier.
all is good, except the message waiting indicator lamp is not coming on. for the life of me I cannot figure this out.
have gone thru all the docs and checked all programing. hopefully it is something silly that I am missing.

you need to tell the Express Mess what the feature access code is via the admin MB
