Express Messenger passcode

I have a 3300 MXe III on Rel 7.2, I am trying to Access the Express Messenger to change the Greetings, but I do not have the Administrator's passcode. How can I change it in order to change the greetings please.

Sorry to say that 7.2 is not specific enough

Is this new or old version 7.2?

If new, passcodes can be changed in the VM options form.

I am going to assume MCD 7.2 as you have an MXe III Controller.

As kwbMitel said: change the passcodes in the VM Options form

Ah yes, MXe-III does not work with anything before 4.1 with only 1 exception.

Forgive me for not answering sooner, the MXE III is on the last release. I cannot change the Administrator's passcode, I get an error message. How can I change it to Factory Default, please?

How are you getting this error message, what are you doing?

Did you change the passcode in the VM Options form?
