Express 6 only works if IE6 is not opened.

This is an odd issue, If I open express 6 it opens normally. If I open IE, then I can no longer access the inbox. It will show "folder cannot be displayed due to one of the following: out of memory, or out of disk space. Niether of which is the case.

I've tried rebuilding the identity, and copying the inbox.dbx in case it was corrupted. But no go. OS is Win98.

Any help would be appriciated.
