Help.

I am using the Crystal 8.5 report viewer in my application.
At my oldest site which upgraded from using the older 7.0 viewer, I am having a problem with PDF exports.

When they do an export to pdf, the page range selection screen comes up, but they never get the screen to select the file destination.

I have check and rechecked the dll locations based on the Crystal runtime help files. They all seem to be there and in the correct spots.

The really annoy thing is at my newer sites that never used the older system it works just fine.

Any ideas?

Unregister the old Craxdrt.dll before you replace it with the 8.5 version.

To unregister Craxdrt.dll, use the regsvr32 command line utility:

regsvr32 /u "C:\Program Files\Seagate Software\Report Designer Component\craxdrt.dll"
