We have some Crystal Reports 9 in a Remedy application, using the AR System ODBC provided by Remedy. When the reports run through the Remedy app they appear as Letter size and print fine. But if we export to Word, Excel, RTF the page size changes to Custom 8.5 X 11.5 and then wants to be printed on legal. I haven't seen any tips on tek-tips or Crystal's knowledge base for this issue. Is this a Crystal issue? a Remedy/ODBC issue? Any ideas out there?

Exports change paper to 8.5 x 11.5

The first thing you need to do is to make sure that you have the latest service packs applied(from Business Objects). I have seen some posts over here with exporting issues and they were suggested service packs.
