I'm using application builder for CallPilot build 5.00.41.46.
We are migrating to Avaya Aurora Messaging soon and I would like to export all of our voice items to .wav files.
Here are the steps I am taking: From DEFINE menu select Voice Item, Highligt the item and select edit, then select record, I then enter the extension for my desk phone. I know I have to establish a telset connection in order to export, so I click play. After a few seconds, a message pops up: Destination unreachable or does not exist or Callpiot Player Unknown Error.
I've tried dialing extensions with different first digits thinking it was a Restriction Permission List issue, No change.
I am able to dial-out from my personal voice mailbox 0+xxxx. (xxxx=my extension)
I've searched the site and was unable to find a solution. Some were close!
