The story goes like this:
We have an external company that screens our phonecalls. The problem for them is that they can´t see if a user is in the office or not and if the user has forgotten to close his phone they wont know about it.
Question! We have something called a common calender that shows all entries from all user calenders. Is it possible to export a view from the server into html or a different document so that the server can email the view with an agent of some kind.
Thanks in advance.

Possible and not always difficult, but if you want it done automatically you'll have to write some code.
Manually, I would suggest exporting the view to Lotus 1-2-3 spreadsheet format, which you can then load in Excel and play with to your heart's content.
But the most practical, albeit more work-intensive, is to write an agent that takes the documents in the view one by one, and writes relevant data into a text file with a defined seperator. Then you can load the result file into whatever app you wish - such as Excel - and play with it to your heart's content.
The second method allows for automating the export process.

Pascal.
