Exporting user database to another 2000 server

Hi,
i am running windows 2000 server, i want to change my server from PentiumII to Pentium $. so i am planning to install windows 2000 server on new pc. but i want to export the user database from my old server to new one. anyone can help me about this issue?

Make the new server a domain controller and it will synchronize with the other domain controller - event viewer messages will tell you when that's complete. Make sure you transfer your FSMO roles before removing the old server from the network. Marc Creviere
