Exporting tp HTML 4.0 standards

While in the CR8 environment, I know how to export to the DHTML standards, and I like it a lot. However, when trying to programatically do this in VB6, I can only seem to get HTML32Std and HTML32Ext formats, which are OK, but not what I want to do. Does anyone know how to do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Why would you use a VB app to do this when you can run the native report in the browser with the ActiveX viewer?
