We have a report with a memo field in it that looks just fine in the Crystal Report preview, and even when you export it to Word directly from Crystal Reports. But when you export the file to Word from their web site (an ASP.NET project), the text in the memo field runs together, record-to-record. Ideas, anyone?

Exporting to Word DOC

Ask the developers to explain how they are exporting to Word. What export format constant? What Crystal version? What runtime components (RDC or .net)?
