Exporting to RTF for faxing

I am using an Access 97 app to fax reports via Windows XP Fax Services. I use the OutputTo method to save the report as a RTF file. My problem is, in some cases a single page in my report may overlap on to a second page in the RTF file. So if I have a page that is filled (landscape) with data and is page one of the report, the RTF file will have 1 page and then a second page with only a couple of lines on it.

How can I get it so that the RTF will be an exact page match/breakdown as the Access Report?
