Exporting to .rtf causes PageServer to stop or CrystalReports to hang!

CrystalReports ver. 8.0
ActiveX viewer ver. 2.11.15.0

Users view our reports in their browser via WCS. When exporting to .rtf (from the viewer in the browser) the PageServer just stopped working and had to be restarted. When I tried exporting to .rtf from CrystalReports (on the web server) CrystalReports hanged. Exporting to other formats is working normally in both cases.

Thanks for any advice.
