exporting to Rich Text format

Hi I am working with crystal reports version 8.0.1.0

I am having a problem whn I have a formula field , exporting to rich text for a word document gives me an error
saying " Error in rich text format DLL). But if I replace the formula field with a regular database field my export works fine. Anyone has any ideas. Thanks for all your help.

Do you have any ideas of what's in the formula field?

Does it have special formatting?
