exporting to premiere

If you take several .avi frames of film from premiere to photoshop to clean up you must transfer the frames as .flm files. But after you're done and want to transfer them back to
premiere can you change them back to .avi??

just import the flm file into premiere the same way that you would do any other file.

when you say "clean up" what are you doing, some ps stuff can be done in premiere
