I have a Crystal reports 8.5 and I am trying to export a file with about 130,000 pages to pdf format. It keeps failing to export is there a setting I must change or is this a know limitation or am I doing something wrong? The pages ar 4.25" by 4.5".

Wow, that's quite the useless tome you're building.

Memory is probably the limitation, as well as drive space, but even Adobe Distiller maxs at 65,000 pages or so.

That's going to build a HUGE, pretty much impossible to negotitiate file.

Why not break it down to a more manageable and usable set of files?

It is to load into a massive printer to run a big job the pages are fron and back and there is about 65 thousand of them. It is creating a huge print job.

Ahhh, I see.

Well I think that you've found the limit...

Try limiting it to about 1/2 of the pages and see if it flies, so you have 2 print jobs.
