Exporting to PDF while maintaining external file links

Requesting assistance with the proper syntax required so that a report exported into PDF will maintain the links. Every attempt thus far results in Acrobat not recognizing the link. Links in question are referencing source documents (images) which when clicked on will open the respective document image.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
