Exporting to pdf / Rich Text on Windows XP

We have developed an application in Delphi that sets up and displays Crystal Reports.
The user is allowed to export the previewed report in different manners, MS Excel, Text, etc.
Some machines allow all types of exporting where as one (a Windows XP machine) does not allow the user to export to either Pdf / Rich Text.
What files do I need to introduce onto this machine to allow the user to export to these file formats.
The machine has Crystal Reports 8.5 installed on it.
It's also been noticed that we have this same issue (not exporting to Pdf / RichText) on some Windows 2000 client machines.

Can anyone fill me in on this ?

Does this mean you don't have the option, or you get an error?

I'd apply the hotfixes as a first step.

The files for PDF are:

exportmodeller.dll and crtslv.dll
