I am using Crystal Enterprise 9 SP4 on a Windows Server 2000 box and exporting files to pdf. When the file is created, all of the text in the top pie chart is printed in one character space resulting in jumbled titles and numbers. It is working fine from the preview option in Enterprise and if the file is exported to any other format. The problem only happens when exported to pdf. I have tried swapping some of the "crx_pdf.dll" files to see if that was where the problem lies, but no luck so far.

Any information anyone may have would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Does sound very odd, perhaps it's a font issue?

Try changing to a different font and see if that helps.

I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with the font do to the fact that I have a test box setup and the reports run perfectly fine. The test box has all the same software specs, but it is not on a blade server.

Thanks for the reply though!
