Exporting to PDF - font size decraeses

A customer has reported issues exporting Crystal Reports to pdf format. The font size decreases... We applied the patches and modified the registry key as suggested in article:

Is anyone aware of this issue when exporting to pdf?

Yes, I saw this in Version 9. I never did solve it either. I ended up exporting to Word and it was fine.

We had a similar issue with the font size increasing when going to PDF. The print driver had to be updated to a more recent version and one that was compatible with our operating system which addressed this.
