exporting to ms-office, or ole server

i've a database created manually in pagemaker 6.5,it is sort of a grid or matrix, i'm trying to export it either to excel or access, but unable ot do so. the export feature in the file menu-text is also disabled in my s/w.When i try ot create an HTML file , it converts it , but in a very bad shape, and lot of things are missing from the original document there is also no formatting in the HTML document.
I also tried to OLE the content, but the help says, that pm 6.5 can server only as a OLE container. Is there anything else any other s/w available through which ic an convert it.
