Exporting to Lotus 123

Has anyone had any experince with exporting to Lotus 123?
I can do it as a two step process: First export to CSV file and then to Lotus. However, formating it is not very good and users get confused of where they saved the report or how to open a CSV file etc. Is there a way to automate it as a one step process like exporting to Excel?
