I'm trying to export my database reports to an HTML formatted file, but I'm having difficulty.

The chart header, footer, and titles show up, but the chart itself does not. IOW, when I export a report out to HTML format, the actual data is left behind.

One thing that confuses me is the prompt I receive from Access when I try to export the report to an HTML file. Access prompts me with a dialogue box titled "HTML Output Options" and wants to know the name/location of the HTML Template I plan to use. I don't work with HTML so I'm not sure what I need to do.

Can someone help me successfully export an Access report out to an HTML file?

Thank you,
KerryL
