Exporting to Excel removes empty fields ? !

Hello,
I have a report that I want to export to excel,
how ever when I do the fields which are blank do not get exported.
eg :

Name nummber comments
Bill 1
John 2
Chris 3

Name and number wil export but comments will not ?

how can I ?

Bad idea to post a second time yourself to your question - ppl will think the Q has been answered and won't open the message!

Can you not put a period (.) into the comment fields by default (default value)? Or, maybe you have to tell the computer that the fields are not NULL?
