Exporting to Excel from Reporting Services 2000

I have several drill down reports that we Export to Excel from time to time. I find when we export to Excel unless they have been drill into before exporting no more than 4 levels(groups) are exported and the details level is never exported.

I found an article on msdn that says it supports up to 7 levels of Outline when exporting to Excel, however that article was for Reporting Services 2005.

Is this a restriction of the 2000 version? or is there a way I can enable the exporting of more that 4 levels?
