Exporting to Excel Failing

Please help!

I am currently getting the following error message on our production Crystal Enterprise 8.5 box:

"The export format 'crfx_xls:9' is not supported. [On Cache/Page Server:Servername.pageserver"

I have tried the latest weekly and monthly hot fixes. I have removed all versions of the crfx_xls.dll from the server and tried to use the U2FXLS.dll. I have rebooted the box, stopped and started the services. I am at a loss.....

That's crxf, not crfx.
