Exporting to CSV

I have a report which I have used for years that exports data in CSV format to be used for importing into a third party software. Has always worked great with CR XI until I upgraded to CR 2011 where the process only exports a portion of the accounts. Approximately 80%.. That I can tell there is no error message indicating where I might find an error causing this issue. Since I have both versions sill available to me I have tried several times to export this in both versions watching for errors or some sort of hint why this happens. Any thoughts? I want to get away from using CR XI so any feedback or experience with this would be greatly appreciated...

Update in case anyone read this and is interested. In my previous post I indicated this worked in CR XI... Well I was wrong. Both versions were "bombing" out on the CSV export process in the same spot. I havent figured out why it does this but when i export to TXT format all records export as expected. Im curious as to why this happens but my problem is resolved as TXT format serves my purpose. Thanks to anyone who considered responding to this post! :D
