Hi

Have a report with a formula that adds a variable to a field value. In crystal this displays correctly, when I export to CSV only th efield value gets exported not variable+field value. If I export to XLS or PDF I get the correct value?

I'm surprised by this problem. I found that a CSV export for Crystal 11 would include sections that had been suppressed, but I see no connection between the two.

You could try a work-round, displaying a formula field that does nothing except display the first formula field. Tricks like that sometimes work.

It always helps to give your Crystal version - 8, 8.5, 9, 10, 11 or whatever. Methods sometimes change between versions, and higher versions have extra options.

Thanks, that solved the problem.

Experienced same problme with V8.5, 9 and 11.
