I have created a simple report that calls on a subreport to display one addtional formula field at the end of the record. I can export this report to adobe with no problem but when I try to export to either a CSV or EXCEL, the subreport field drops off. The record lenght is less than 80 positions. What am I doing wrong?
Thanks for any help.

I'm not sure about exporting to CSV, but you can prevent the sub from wrapping in an export to Excel by attaching the sub to horizontal and vertical gridlines, just as you would a field. Test that it is attached by moving the gridlines. Also select all fields in the same row as the subreport along with the subreport and format->make same size->same height and then choose align->bottoms. Then tighten up the section height to minimize.

Hello idalessio!

I had the same problem,Did you find the solution for this.
All i could find was it is in design of crystal that subreport data is treated as seperate and will allocate a seperate line since it doesn't know howmuch space subreport might take. My subreport data use to wrap up in Excel
even it's in the same line as other fields.

I exported it as Just Excel(not data only) and in export options take all the formatting and headings out.
