I need to find a way to export the address book and archive to the CD the email of an individual who left our company. What are some ways to do this?

Here is a link that will take you to Novell's documentation on exporting GW address books.

As for archiving e-mails, I found a tip (probably here on Tek-Tips, these guys are good) for archiving everything in a GW account in one fell swoop. Once you get the export done and have archived the e-mails to your Archive Location you are ready to burn both to CD.

Mass Archiving:

1. From the GW client tool bar select Tools/Find

2. Next click on Advanced Find.. from the Find screen

3. On the Advanced Find screen select From for the Included entries field and type an asterik in the Contains field. Then click OK.

4. You will be returned to the Find screen. Click on OK from the Find screen.

5. A GroupWise Find Results screen will appear and if any
e-mails,appointments,notes, etc.. are found they will be
displayed.

6. Last but not least highlite all found items, right click
on a highlited item and select Move to Archive.

I use a product called Nexic Personal Publisher it works like a champ. You can archive the contents of a mailbox or an archive to CD in HTML format (there are others too)
