I am working in IDCS2 and Illustrator CS. I am having trouble exporting a table from ID to Illustrator. Any simple way to do this?

Exporting Tables

Your post interested me so I put a talbe in and Id doc (CS1) and copied and pasted into AI. The formatting held and the text remained editable. Each line of the table, however, became its own path.
As long as you don't have to reformat the table, it looks like copy/paste works, at least in CS1 of both ID and AI
