What is the easiest way to convert a series of unrelated table data to one single text file...whilst having the ability to transfer data back to their respective tables?

Is my only option a VB one? as I realise converting one table at a time (and importing back) will achieve the result I'm after.

It can be done with VBA, or with a macro, which is really nothing more than a series of append queries, all appending data to the same text file, linked as a table in Access.

The problem will be getting the data back into the tables of origin, so you will need to develop a method to distinguish which table the data came from.
