I Guys,

Would any one know if you can export the system speed dials on a BCM as a csv file so that it can be loaded onto an IP Office.

regards,

you can export the speed dials from the BCM50 in an excel format.

i suppose you could then copy and paste each section into your csv directory

then import into ipo.
worth a go.

let me know if it works i might have to do it myself some time.

Hi snowman50,

How do I export the speed dials?

Copy and paste or a full export?

Regards,

K

Open the speed dial page
At the top menu select session
Select the first option, save this selected data
Press ok
Save file as excel, give it a name.

Cheers

I'll give that ago.
