exporting steps in Macro to temp table in Access

Hello

I'm not a big fan of the Documenter and need a quick way to export the arguments in a macro to a tbl in Access. A while back, a friend of mine showed me how to create a temp table of all objects in a .mdb to a file with object type. I imagine that this can be done as well. Any help?
